Hot tub service in Largo, Belleair, Seminole and Clearwater, FL
Kind Hot Tub Care is based in Largo and services hot tubs across Pinellas County, Florida: Belleair, Seminole, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, and every beach town from Clearwater Beach south to Pass-a-Grille. There is no shop; we come to your tub. The prices are the same in every town and are all on the pricing page.
Hot tub service in Largo, FL
Home base, so Largo gets the fastest response and the most route days: Harbor Bluffs, the Bayou and the neighborhoods off Indian Rocks Road are minutes from the truck. Largo's tap water is Pinellas County water, disinfected with chloramine, which is why a fresh fill reads combined chlorine until the first dose. We test the hose water at the first visit and set calcium hardness from what comes out of your spigot. A drain and refill in Largo is $175, and every plan includes one each quarter.
Hot tub service in Belleair and Belleair Bluffs, FL
The hot tubs here were bought from a dealer, installed on a lanai, and expected to be effortless. The hot tub maintenance that keeps them that way is Kind Complete, with pillows, filters and cover care included in the price. Belleair has bought all of its drinking water from Pinellas County since December 2023, when the town closed its own plant, so a tub here fills with the same water as Largo; we still test it at the first visit rather than assume.
Hot tub service in Belleair Beach and Belleair Shore
Salt air works on a cover and a cabinet faster than anything else in the county. Cover conditioning and the cabinet check matter more on the barrier island than anywhere inland.
Hot tub service in Seminole, FL
Biweekly water care is the plan most Seminole families pick: screened lanais and backyard tubs on quiet streets, used on weekends, kept clear between soaks with a visit every two weeks at $149 a month. Seminole is on Pinellas County water, like Largo, and sits on the same route days.
Hot tub service in Clearwater, FL
Clearwater runs its own water utility, blending its own wells with county water, so the fill water here is not the county's and can read differently from one neighborhood to the next. We test the hose water at the first visit and set calcium hardness from what actually comes out of your spigot. A one-time hot tub cleaning in Clearwater, a neglected or cloudy tub back to clear water in one visit, is $150. Countryside, Island Estates and the neighborhoods along Belcher and McMullen Booth are on the route.
Hot tub turnovers on Clearwater Beach, FL
Vacation rentals and second homes. Turnovers between guests from $65, with a time-stamped photo report before check-in, and storm protocol for the owners who are not here in September. The whole routine is on the vacation rental page.
Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Palm Harbor
North county. Dunedin's water is softer than most of the county's, which changes how a tub is balanced at refill; we test and adjust rather than assume.
Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores and the Redingtons
The heart of the short-term-rental coast. A guest-ready hot tub is the difference between a five-star review and a refund request; we turn tubs between stays and text the owner the readings.
Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille
The south end of the beach route. Same turnovers, same report, and a drain and refill when a stretch of back-to-back bookings has worn the water out.
Pinellas Park and St. Petersburg
Yes, we come. If your town is in Pinellas County and is not named here, text (727) 328-4788 and ask.
How a visit works wherever you are
Every visit ends with a text: readings before and after, what went in, and your next drain date. Your first visit is a free in-home water analysis, twenty minutes at the tub, nothing added to the water. Text or call (727) 328-4788, or email hello@kindhottubcare.com.
