Are your pillows fading?
That’s the water talking. Chlorine vapor sits under the cover right where the headrests and jet faces live. They go first. The heater goes next, quietly. We stop it at the pillows.
Your manual says twenty minutes.
Jacuzzi tells owners to run the jets with the cover open for 20 minutes after every dose, and never to use tablets. Most owners never read it. Most pool routes never do it. We service your tub the way its manufacturer wrote it, brand by brand, and we write down that we did.
Every visit, the numbers.
A text after each visit with your readings, what we did, and photos. If anyone ever asks whether this tub was maintained, you’ll have the answer, dated. No manufacturer gives you that. No pool route keeps it.
Twenty-six visits, four drains, nothing to remember.

Complimentary in-home water analysis ($0)
A 20-minute visit at your tub: we test sanitizer, pH, alkalinity and hardness, check the filter and cover, and leave you a written readings card with what the water needs. No chemicals added and no obligation; it’s how every new customer starts.
-

One-time hot tub cleaning and balancing ($150)
A single visit to get a neglected or cloudy hot tub back to clear, safe water: testing, shock and balancing, filter cleaning, waterline and cover wipe-down, and an equipment check, chemicals included. Credited toward your first month if you start a plan within seven days.
-

Hot tub drain and refill ($175)
We flush the plumbing, drain the tub, wipe down the shell, clean the filter, refill through a pre-filter that removes metals and chloramine, then balance and sanitize the fresh water. Recommended every three to four months, or anytime the water won’t clear no matter what you add.
-

Vacation rental hot tub turnover (From $65)
A between-guest visit for Airbnb and VRBO homes: test and balance the water, add sanitizer, clean the filter, wipe the tub and cover, and send a photo report before check-in. Four-visit monthly minimum; pairs with a water care plan for full chemistry.
WHY NOT THE POOL GUY?
A hot tub is not a small pool.
A year of chlorine for a pool: 168 tablets, 73 pounds, 14 feet tall. A year for a hot tub: one jug. Pool doses in 400 gallons burn through the water in days. Jet faces and pillows go first, then the heater. Every dealer in the county says so. We’re the alternative they don’t offer.
“Can you just come do this for me?”
I heard it for years at a hot tub dealership. The store couldn’t say yes. So I started Kind Hot Tub Care in Largo to do exactly that, and nothing else. I only do hot tubs. I’m insured. You get my readings every time.
Kind to you.
Kind to your tub.

Every two weeks for most tubs, weekly if it gets used most nights or by guests. A hot tub is about 400 gallons at 102 degrees, so the chemistry drifts in days, not weeks. Every plan also includes a full drain and refill every three to four months, which is the reset no amount of chemicals can replace.
-
We keep coming. Water that sits untouched turns faster than water that gets used, and a tub left alone for three weeks is usually a drain and refill when you get back. If you’ll be gone more than a month, tell us and we’ll set it to a lower holding temperature and a lighter schedule, then bring it back to ready the week you return.
-
No. A gate code and a secured dog are all we need. You’ll get a text after every visit with your readings and photos, so you know exactly what was done whether you were there or not.
-
Text us a photo. Most of the time it’s a heavy-use night or something that got poured in, and we can tell you what to do from the picture. If it needs hands, we come out. If it’s on us, that visit is free; if it was a party or a product we didn’t add, it’s a $75 visit.
-
We only do water. We don’t open the cabinet, touch wiring, or replace parts, so nothing we do affects your manufacturer warranty. The opposite, actually: most hot tub warranties exclude damage from bad water chemistry, and a service record of balanced water is the best protection you can have. If we spot a part problem, we tell you and point you to your dealer or a licensed repair tech.
